Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Processing times are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched with an Australia Post tracking number.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking and insurance included. All packages are handled with care and shipped securely.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are non-refundable, even if you return your order. Shipping rates for Australian destinations are competitive and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Australia Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 6-12 business days after dispatch
- Timeframes are estimates and depend on Australia Post processing and your location
- Packages may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
- Remote areas may experience extended delivery times
5. Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can:
- Click the link in your email to track in real-time
- Visit auspost.com.au and enter your tracking number
- Expect 24-48 hours for Australia Post to scan your package into their system
- Monitor delivery status and estimated arrival date
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping options are coming soon. If you're outside Australia, please check back later or contact us at contact@keysmark.shop to inquire about future international availability.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
All packages are insured during transit. If your package:
- Doesn't arrive within 15 business days: Contact us with your tracking number and we'll investigate with Australia Post
- Is lost in transit: We'll file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund
- Is damaged: Report it to Australia Post and contact us with photos for replacement/refund
8. Delivery Address
We recommend using a residential or business address. PO Boxes:
- May experience delays or delivery failures
- Should be contacted first for approval
- Are NOT recommended for premium or time-sensitive items
9. Signature Confirmation
Most packages do not require signatures. Australia Post will leave packages at your address if you're not home. If you need signature confirmation, contact us before ordering.
10. Shipping Holidays
We may not process or ship orders on the following Australian holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Australia Day (26 January)
- Good Friday & Easter Monday
- ANZAC Day (25 April)
- Queen's Birthday (varies by state)
- Christmas Day & Boxing Day
11. Free Shipping Promotions
During promotional periods, we may offer free shipping. Free shipping applies to standard Australia Post shipping only and is non-refundable if an order is returned.
12. Liability
Once your package is shipped, KeysMark is not responsible for Australia Post delays, losses, or damage during transit. Australia Post is responsible for package handling after pickup. For claims on lost or damaged packages, file a claim directly with Australia Post within their stated timeframe.
